Customer Support

We have developed a unique program called OSCAR, which allows our clients to log any concerns or queries, these are picked up immediately by the Billian support team.
As soon as a log has been raised, all of the support staff are automatically notified that a new log exists and they will be able to respond to the query directly through OSCAR.

Urgent issues are answered immediately by phone or email and the solution is given as soon as possible.

Customers are kept informed of the status by e-mail.
